Report a listing or member

You don't need to give your name, and every field is optional. You can report a listing, or a phone number from our WhatsApp community that isn't listed. Whatever you tell us about a listing, it comes down.

Someone in danger right now? Call 999.

Start typing its name.

For someone in our WhatsApp community who isn't listed.

As much detail as you can: what happened, when, where, who was involved, and whether you saw it yourself or heard about it.

Is anyone in danger right now?

You, or someone who has agreed to be contacted, plus how and when it's safe to reach them. Leave blank to stay anonymous.

How we use what you send: Privacy.

What happens next
  • We take the listing down. We don't say why, and we never tell anyone who reported it.
  • Ray, our safeguarding lead, reads every report.
  • If a child or an adult may be at risk, we pass it to Bristol's safeguarding teams or the police. We may have to do this even if you'd rather we didn't.
  • If you left a contact, we may get in touch to find out more.
  • If the listing's owner shows us the report was mistaken, Ray can review it and put the listing back.
  • We keep reports securely for 6 years after the last action. They never go into AI tools.
How anonymous is this?

We don't ask who you are. Like most websites, our host Netlify records the IP address (your connection's internet address), browser type and page with every form. Only Ray can see it, and we never use it to work out who you are. If the police asked for it with legal authority, we might have to hand it over.

For a crime, Crimestoppers is fully anonymous: call 0800 555 111 or use their online form. They don't trace calls or IP addresses.
